Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) Engineer

Review electrical engineering drawings and design electrical systems.
Create electrical installation details, single-line diagrams, panel layouts, electrical & signal cable routing and BQ material lists.
Conduct site survey and retrieve information to complete drawing,layout and design including tagging database, point of connection, technical specifications.
Develop & review the Process Instrumentation and Control documentation such as P&ID, logic diagrams, control narratives, IO signal list, cable list, control panels.
Support site installation, site acceptance test and function test during Test & Commissioning phase.
Coordinate and review with sub-contractor, third party vendor, system owner.
Ensure Quality & Health Safety standard and regulatory compliance.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Project Manager.

Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Control Engineering with 2 years of relevant experience.
Proficient in AutoCAD& Microsoft Excel.
Basic understanding of Process Control & Automation (PLC) applications.
Candidates with at least 1 year of experience in Microelectronics, Semiconductor or related Cleanroom Factory Automation environment will be preferred.
Proactive and self-motivated team player with positive work attitude.
Able to perform SCADA integration & PLC programming update will be advantageous.
Good interpersonal and communication skills; preferably can communicate in English and Mandarin – to liaise with English and Mandarin speaking customers
